About Dr. Nazli Emadi
Hello, I’m Dr. Nazli Emadi, a board‑certified psychiatrist with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I’ve spent my career exploring how the brain works and how to improve mental well‑being. I hold a PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience, completed a post‑doctoral fellowship at Stanford University, and finished my psychiatry residency at Yale School of Medicine. Before opening my private practice, I served as Clinical Director at Psych Associates of Maryland.
I believe that each person’s mind is unique and that treatment should be, too. I take time to listen to your story, understand your goals and values, and develop a personalized plan with you. My mission is to provide compassionate, comprehensive care that empowers you to live a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Why Choose Telehealth?
Telehealth makes quality psychiatric care available wherever you are. You can meet with me from the privacy of your home or office, saving time and eliminating travel. This approach removes barriers like distance and transportation and lets you fit appointments into your busy schedule. It also offers the comfort of seeing a provider outside your immediate community, which can increase privacy.
Because my practice is entirely virtual, I can serve patients anywhere in Maryland. All you need is a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for our sessions.
